Employee Counselling 

Our counselling service provides unbiased, impartial, independent advice, and helps resolve concerns and improve the effectiveness of your employees. The aim of counselling is to provide:


  • Objective support and understanding to employees on a voluntary, confidential basis.
  • A systematic approach to staff well-being.
  • An opportunity for the individual to talk freely, to clearly formulate the problem, and work towards a solution.
  • An opportunity for the employee to develop more effective coping skills and strategies.

Counselling can be offered either Face-to face or via Telephone (pre-structured). We have 2 counsellors who are registered with the HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa)

Polygraph Tests

Fraudulent CV’s, job histories and references continue to rise in the employment market which is why polygraph testing is becoming an increasingly useful tool in the pre-employment screening process.
Our polygraph tests can also tailored and used for specific tests (in cases such as fraud, theft, CCMA assistance etc.)

Our polygraph tests are administered by an internationally trained polygraphist who belongs to SAPFED (South African Polygraph Federation) and APA (American Polygraph Association). Tests can be arranged at our offices in Century City or on the clients site.
